Orders and payment

Prices include VAT. Pay by Bizum to the number shown on your order (concept: your order code) or cash on delivery. Bizum orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Delivery

We deliver on the days and time slots shown. Backorders ship once the batch is ready; we confirm the date with you. If you're not home we'll retry or arrange pickup.

Product

Artisan, fermented, unpasteurised food. Keep refrigerated. Contains fish and shellfish.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel up to 24 h before delivery. As a perishable food it can't be returned, except for a product defect, in which case we replace or refund.
