What we collect

Name, email, phone and delivery address you give us when ordering or creating an account; order history; preferences you save; and minimal technical data (session and cart cookies, plus anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics).

Why

To prepare and deliver your orders, contact you about them (email/WhatsApp), run your account and, if you opt in, tell you about new batches. Legal basis: contract performance, and your consent for optional communications.

Who we share it with

Providers we need to operate: hosting (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), email delivery (Resend). We never sell data.

Retention and your rights

We keep data while you have an account or for the applicable tax retention periods. You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by emailing hello@hellynskitchen.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
